Tutors to Support Your Studies

The Institute in Spa Management understands your desire to succeed and begin a lucrative career in the spa industry. We have a dedicated team of Tutor/Student Advisors who are available to answer questions when you need help or clarification or to assist you with guidance when you are completing written assignments. Furthermore, we have partnered with many leading spa industry experts who have formed the ISM Business Advisors Network, also willing to lend guidance and advice, as needed. We are all here to provide moral support and mentorship to ensure your success with ISM.

Dedicated Student Liaison

We believe in personal experiences, which is what the spa industry is all about. Upon enrollment, you will be assigned a dedicated student liaison. Your partner in learning will work with you every step of the way.

Your student liaison will respond to all of your email questions and concerns quickly and comprehensively. This includes queries that relate to courses, billing, assignments, marks and completion certificates.

Interactive Forum to Meet and Collaborate with other Students

What is going to school without a campus? We understand!

Once you are fully enrolled, you will be given access to the ISM Online Learning Center, which includes an online chat forum where you can talk with other students in your chosen program, discuss assignments and form friendships with other spa professionals.
