Sofitel London Heathrow - Spa Manager

This fabulous new 5* property will boast 600 bedrooms and 41 Meeting and Event rooms with a single capacity of up to 1,700 making it one of the largest luxury hotel and convention venues in the United Kingdom.

These positions will form part of the hotel opening team and will be responsible for the recruitment and development of a brand new spa team.

From here these roles will then be focused on driving and developing the retail and service of this exclusive in-house facility.

Spa Manager:
Previous management experience from a five star equivalent spa. You will have strong business acumen with proven ability for delivering the highest levels of guest care with an emphasis on marketing and promotion to drive sales and build the business. You must be a natural people manager with experience of recruitment, training, appraisal and objective setting.

Treatments Manager:
Previous exclusive level therapy experience is a must with a proven ability to oversee all therapists and practitioners, including their training and development. You too will be business focused and have experience of recruitment, scheduling, finance and statistics.

Exceptional customer service delivery and grooming is an absolute must for both of these positions.
