The Institute of Spa Management offers comprehensive training programs for hotels and spas worldwide.

We offer three corporate training options:

ISM Self-Paced Distance Education

Sponsor your employees and have them learn with ISM via distance, self-paced learning. We offer discounted rates for hotels and spas that are based on the number of employees that require spa training.
Your employees can be enrolled in the full Spa Management Program or in individual courses.
Unlike our regular programs for individual learners, as part of our customized Hotel and Spa program, YOU can set time limits for your employees to complete the training and determine minimum pass levels (if you choose).

Employer Administered Corporate Training Programs

Choose the learning package that is right for your hotel or spa.
ISM will create custom printed materials (co-branded with ISM and your business) for your business and mail them to you.
You can order as little as five training packages (starting at just $500 each)
Training guides can be used over and over again – a great value and smart business investment.

Onsite Live Training Programs (ISM comes to you!)

We understand that in many cases, live training sessions are the best way to quickly train and motivate your employees. Available in 2, 3, 4 or 5 day training conferences, we bring the best of the Spa Industry to your spa or hotel.

You choose the course topics that are best suited to your needs.
A dynamic trainer (or team of trainers depending on the size of your business) will work onsite at your spa or hotel with your staff.
Complete flexibility – For example, you can book a 4-day training conference and devote 1-day for front desk and reservations training, 1-day for management training, 1-day for customer service and 1-day for marketing and public relations and you are free to send different employees to different training days. Or you could book a 2-day training conference devoted entirely to front desk and retail operations. The choices are limitless and they are entirely yours to make!
2-day training events start at just $800 per employee (with a minimum of 5 participants) plus expenses.
All onsite training includes training materials left behind for future use by your hotel or spa.
